• In May 1997, Richard CESARI, music lover and high fidelity addict, creates for his own personal use cables matching his demands for perfection. After they hear his system, some experienced connoisseurs insist on having their own copies of the precious connections. L.E.c (Laboratoire Esprit câbles) was born!
• Richard CESARI builds up a team and launches a permanent research and development program, leading to ground-breaking innovations. His decisions are driven by two factors: respect for Music and listening pleasure.
• It all started with the Référence, Signature and Master cables, evolving into current Structura , Eterna, Lumina and Manta series.
• L.E.c works as follow: - Richard CESARI leads a permanent research activity. After creating new concepts, prototypes are handled to Laurent BOURRILHON who gives them life as finished products. - Each cable is handcrafted by highly qualified personnel as it was yesterday, as it will be tomorrow. - Only the best, carefully homologated components are used in products from L.E.c. To quote a few, WBT and MULTI CONTACT components, long crystal pure copper, special insulants used in leading technologies, among other high-tech elements. - Careful assembly process and thorough control guarantee a flawless production.
• Through the years Esprit Cables has become a reference in connecting together the most prestigious and demanding musical systems. The L.E.c magic is there every time: music is more natural , less aggressive, more dynamical. Silences are more silent, tones more realistic.
• Thanks to a long and patient research activity on electromagnetic phenomenons, the L.E.c released in 2006 a "magnetic cleanser", Manta, which results are, according to all users, simply extraordinary. This research activity will soon lead to the release of a new range of Esprit products: the dB series speakers, which were first designed in 2002, and which only purpose is to serve Music even better.
